Writing, recording, and producing a PeepCode screencast takes 30-40 hours of work. A portion of the profits is donated to noble causes like the Rubinius Project.
We hope to put one into place but don’t have a release date. You’ll be able to earn free PeepCode screencasts by referring people to the site.
Screencasts use the Bitstream Vera Sans Mono which is free to download.
Our PDF minibooks use typefaces from Process Type Foundry. They are generated with a custom Ruby-based system. Final layout and PDF export is done with Adobe InDesign.
